For every young singer in London with a passion for singing, our citywide aim is to cultivate musical talent while making positive social change. With our young singers, we break down barriers, ensuring that the skills, opportunities, connections, and joy of singing are available to all.

Music is consistently being side-lined in education and the cost of living crisis further impacts on this. Less than 50% of schools in London offer any provision for singing. For many this is a source of joy, wellbeing and a place to learn soft skills such as forging strong friendships, building confidence and developing the resilience needed to navigate the path ahead. We believe, and countless studies have shown, that the lack of music provision in schools is damaging for young people.

Our citywide aim is to cultivate musical talent while making positive social change. Since 2012, 15,000 young people have sung with us. We have 10 choirs meeting weekly in term time for young people aged between 7 and 23. Collaborating with some of the capital’s finest orchestras and choirs, our vibrant schools and community programme offers a free and immersive introduction to the joy of singing for everyone. Our young singers gain performance opportunities local concerts to film sets!
