We're raising funds to keep HOPELINE247 running through December, so we can support young people facing suicidal thoughts over the festive period. Just £15 can fund a 30-minute call with a trained suicide prevention adviser. We're here 24/7—including Christmas Day.

Suicide is the leading cause of death for under-35s in the UK. 7% of young people report having attempted suicide by 17, and around six young lives are lost each day. NHS waiting lists are at record highs, but early intervention can save lives. Contacts to HOPELINE247 accessed their suicide safety plans twice as often in December of last year indicating the need for our service, especially during the festive period.
HOPELINE247 is a lifeline for young people in crisis. Our expert advisers offer a safe, inclusive space to talk openly, helping them understand why they feel suicidal and how to stay safe. We also support anyone worried about a young person, guiding them to start life-saving conversations. With your help, we can be there when it matters most during the festive period.
