This winter, thousands of young people will face homelessness, each facing unimaginable hardship, trauma and fear. While homeless accommodation services provide basic provisions, budgets are extremely tight leaving no room for a Christmas meal, or present – small things which make our festive season feel special. No young person should miss out on the joy of Christmas. This can leave young people in homeless accommodation feeling lonely and forgotten. We’re asking you to help change that.
Funds raised from this campaign could pay for Christmas meals, warm bedding and gifts for young people living in homelessness accommodation, as well as ensuring they can access EveryYouth’s life changing Healthy, Employed and Homed programmes. Youth homelessness is not inevitable. With the right support and care, young people can turn their lives around and lead incredible, independent lives. And it starts with feeling safe, valued and loved.
