Many people, especially from underserved communities, face barriers to accessing high-quality artistic experiences that reflect diverse perspectives and address pressing social issues. At Fuel we believe everyone has the right to participate freely in cultural life. We believe the people who make and experience our work should be representative of the world we live in, and we work hard to remove barriers of all kinds to extend access to our programme.
We will: - produce affordable live experiences that share new stories, for the benefit of audiences & participants across the UK; - offer 10% of all available tickets free to those experiencing financial barriers, with tailored engagement offers for target communities; - provide an exceptional and diverse range of artists with a producing framework, dramaturgical support, access to funding & networks.
