All populations matter! Our growing human numbers are overlooked as a driver of the crises facing all species. Young people accessing healthcare and making life decisions are a key demographic often unsupported when navigating sexual and reproductive health rights. This is especially so for women and girls. Excess resource use and overconsumption further drive the destruction of the planet. Engaging local and governmental support is key to slowing population growth and supporting sustainability.
Using evidenced-based research, we work through local and global partners to address population growth and sustainability. In 2024 and 2025 we developed partnerships in Nigeria, Africa's most populous country, supporting local measures to open the population conversation and assist young people in exercising their sexual and reproductive health rights. Expanding this, by 2030 we will establish footprints in three global regions. In 2026 we will broaden our reach regionally in Africa and beyond.
