We will offer activities and events for people with Cerebral palsy, their families, and carers, giving them access to experiences they might otherwise feel excluded from, and helping them live life to the fullest. Many people who take part in our activities report improved well-being.

Many people with Cerebral palsy (CP) find themselves socially excluded and experience loneliness. This can negatively impact their overall mental health and well-being. People often face barriers to participating in activities, such as accessibility issues or financial constraints. Many of our members use a wheelchair or mobility aid, and others rely on a communication device to help them speak. The complexities of CP make it challenging to participate in activities and live life to the full.
Our activities provide opportunities for people with CP to gain new experiences and socialise with their peers, who share an understanding of their challenges. This is vital for the well-being of our members, who often feel excluded from participating in activities. All activities are accessible and include trips to places like the sea-side, theatre and bowling, as well as events such as our annual accessible sailing day. We ensure everyone can participate, gain peer support and have fun!
