Men’s mental health in the UK is in crisis: men represent 75% of suicides, yet face significant barriers accessing timely support due to stigma, isolation, and a lack of relatable mental health services. Traditional mental health provision often doesn’t resonate with men, leaving many unsupported until reaching a severe crisis. This results in preventable suffering, devastating impacts on communities, and avoidable loss of life. We urgently need accessible interventions to engage men earlier.

Men Who Talk offers accessible, free online peer-to-peer support groups twice weekly, where men across the UK can share their experiences without fear of stigma or judgment. Trained volunteer facilitators create environments that encourage openness and mutual support. Additionally, we deliver in-person workshops to organisations tailored to improve understanding of men’s mental health, address challenges, and provide practical tools to support men in preventing crises and improve well-being.
