Oakleaf Enterprise is a charity based in Guildford which has been supporting adults in Surrey with their mental health for the past 27 years. We aim to transform lives through the provision of support, training and wellbeing activities, building new futures with adults managing their mental health.

Every year approximately 1 in 4 people will have a mental health issue and even pre-pandemic, people with mental illness had the second lowest employment rate of any disabled group, with only 28.5% securing long-term work (ONS 2019). In addition to mental ill-health, we know that most people who attend Oakleaf are unemployed, struggling with low confidence and isolation as well as financial uncertainty. Many live alone and don't have a strong support network. With your support, this can change.
Your support will help hundreds of people every month who are managing mental ill-health. Oakleaf provides a safe environment with much needed structure, support and stability with daily wellbeing activities, work-related training, employment guidance and counselling services. We help clients (aged 16 and over) improve their mental health and wellbeing, remain out of the hospital, find employment, and have a positive focus in community settings.
