The situation for survivors of exploitation is worsening. Vital support systems are in collapse, and women face months and years of uncertainty while trying to rebuild their lives. We support women to have hope, confidence, and skills for a future free from exploitation.

Beneficiaries
There are an estimated 122,000 victims of modern slavery across the UK. Survivors face physical and psychological trauma, and significant barriers to independence, including language, digital exclusion, and economic hardship. Survivors have reflected to us that statutory support is disempowering, fragmented, and crisis focused. Our Employability Programme is unique, going far deeper, with our services being available to survivors for as long as they want, on their own terms.
Without the ability to earn income through employment, survivors are continuously trapped in a vicious cycle of re-exploitation, unable to reach a life of independence and freedom. Our work directly addresses this critical gap. By focusing on employability, education, wellbeing, and long-term independence, we offer survivors the skills and confidence to create pathways to sustainable freedom, alongside a supportive community through our survivor network CREW – Creative Resilient Empowered Women.
