Children and young people with SEND face major employment barriers, with only 53% in work vs. 82% of non-disabled peers. Education Health Care plans are rising fast, projected to exceed 1M by 2033. We support 150 young people yearly, helping them gain qualifications, work experience, and vital life skills. Without support, they risk long-term dependency, and have an increase of physical and mental health problems. With our help, young people can thrive, contribute, and lead fulfilling lives.

Deliver a targeted, tailored, and inclusive 12-week 'I Can Lead' personal development programme across South Yorkshire, supporting the development of young people with SEND. Young people will gain a qualification and develop their employability skills. Improve their physical health and mental well-being through weekly sport and physical activity sessions. They will be mentored into opportunities for volunteering, internships and apprenticeships, in line with their skills and interests.
