Young people in the UK face limited opportunities to build essential life and employability skills beyond higher education, with little structured support for alternative pathways after school. This leaves many without the confidence, resilience, or life-experience needed to thrive in their future careers. A shortage of UK international youth volunteering charities leaves a distinct gap in opportunities for young people to broaden their horizons and become responsible global citizens.
Our residential Training courses offer structured personal development, equipping young people with skills in teaching, leadership, resilience, and global awareness. They provide a supportive space for Volunteers to build independence, connect with diverse peers, and reflect on their experiences, ensuring they can confidentially apply their learning to future endeavours in work and life. Training fosters informed, socially conscious individuals who are ready to contribute positively to society.
