We’re raising funds for our autumn wellbeing programme, offering bushcraft, outdoor learning, cooking, gardening, crafts, and wellbeing sessions. These support young people’s mental health, helping them manage anxiety and build resilience in a safe, supportive space.

Situation
Many young people in our community face anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem, often without access to timely mental health support. This affects their wellbeing, school engagement, and future prospects. Our wellbeing programme addresses this by providing therapeutic activities that build resilience, reduce anxiety, and promote positive mental health, helping young people thrive during a critical stage in their development.
Solution
We provide weekly wellbeing sessions including bushcraft, cooking, gardening, crafts, and mindfulness, designed to support young people’s mental health. These activities offer a safe space to manage anxiety, build confidence, and develop coping strategies. By engaging in hands-on, therapeutic experiences, young people gain tools to improve their wellbeing and resilience, helping them thrive now and in the future.
