We exist to empower LGBT+ youth through a mix of sharing stories of lived experiences from the LGBT+ community and through a programme of local workshops and events. Every LGBT+ young person deserves to know they aren't alone, and that for all the challenges they face to know that it gets better.

LGBT+ young people are twice as likely to contemplate suicide, a third have self harmed, and last year the Samaritans took 69,000 calls from LGBT+ young people in crisis. This cannot continue. We exist to inspire and empower LGBT+ youth, to instill in them a sense of pride in who they are and what they can contribute, and build the confidence and resilience to overcome the challenges they will face from being part of the LGBT+ community.
We do this in two main ways, through storytelling, and building community. 1. Storytelling - we connect LGBT+ youth with their community by providing access to a collection of uplifting and inspiring stories of hope and determination. 2. Building Community - through a calendar of local events and workshops delivered in towns and cities across the UK, focused on expressing themselves and sharing their experiences as well as building peer support networks.
