We are raising funds to support our network which includes all schools across Oxfordshire who want to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the children in their care. We support them through peer-networking, training and mentoring activities. We also signpost schools to appropriate specialists

Situation
We help teachers and school staff to recognise where pupils are struggling with their mental or emotional health and provide solutions for them to use in school, and access to specialist providers through our regular networking and mentoring sessions and meetings. These meetings also allow staff to meet others in the same situation and give confidence to staff who might otherwise leave the teaching profession.
Solution
We run regular twilight meetings focused on teacher led topics of interest. We provide targeted support through our network of over 600 local mental and emotional health providers. We encourage teaching staff to share strategies and ideas and provide a safe space for individuals to seek personal or professional advice and support from our network of specialists.
