As of Nov 2024, the youth unemployment rate (ages 16-24) in London was 20.2%, notably higher than the national average of 13.4% for the same age group. Many Inner-city youth in London, despite living close to thriving areas, face significant challenges related to employment due to lack of guidance, support, and exposure needed to navigate these opportunities. We aim to bridge the gap between the young people and opportunities for further education, employment, and career growth.

Our programmes provide career insights, role models, and real life work experiences that connect young people with career opportunities. Through personalised guidance, e-mentoring, work experience placements, and career talks, we support the under-represented inner-city youth with the skills, confidence, and networks needed to transition from education to the workforce. This empowers them to realise their aspirations and find routes to employment which they were unaware of.
