Jigsaw4u’s children and young people (CYP) experience complex social and emotional difficulties, such as bereavement, depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, being a victim of crime and more. Each of Jigsaw4u's CYP are disadvantaged through trauma, this in combination with added socio-economic pressures from the mental health and cost of living crises, means our CYP have limited opportunities to socialise with others facing similar challenges, contributing to feelings of isolation and stigma.

Activities4u was created from CYP’s feedback. Our team actively consult and respond to input from our CYP about activities they need and want to attend - whether this is a trip to the seaside or a creative workshop. These activities take place in a safe and welcoming environment which stems from the involvement of our Specialist Support Practitioners. This helps to enhance their one-to-one therapeutic support, reduce isolation and stigma by being with others who have faced similar experiences.
