We enable children and young people to access a week of fresh air and new adventures on our three farms, connecting them to food, farming, and nature. A digital detox that takes them away from the pressures of everyday London life, they reap the physical and mental health benefits of being outdoors.

Opportunities to reap the benefits of nature-based learning are in decline, and children and young people from the most underserved communities of the UK are 20% less likely to spend time outside. Many cannot access a break away due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. A week in the country, away from London noise, free from digital devices and with an abundance of nature and fresh air for a mental health and wellbeing recharge, is just not possible for some children and young people.

We provide a transformative residential week on our three farms, allowing children and young people to play and learn outside in nature, liberate their imaginations and build connections. This outlet from daily life encourages them to explore the great outdoors, care for animals and each other, prepare and eat healthy, nutritious meals and reduce their reliance on technology. As farmers for a week, they reap the mental and physical wellbeing benefits of connecting with nature and each other.
