We address the critical problem of unequal access to opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Many exceptionally talented individuals face significant barriers, such as financial hardship and limited access to resources, which hinder their potential to excel in education, careers, and creative fields. By providing tailored support, mentorship, and financial assistance, we empower young people to overcome these challenges and access improved career opportunities.
We will offer individual financial support of between £500 - £2,000 per child for music expenses e.g. lessons, instrument costs, music purchase/hire, scores and technology. In addition we will offer one-to-one professional mentoring, masterclasses, workshops and recording/performing opportunities through our junior, development and senior programmes. Each child is assigned to one of our Relationship Managers who offer them and their families personal support and guidance throughout the year.
