Ensuring long-term restoration of deforested Amazon land by helping local communities adopt sustainable regenerative farming. Families plant crops alongside fruit and native forest trees, creating income while restoring the rainforest. This safeguards the Amazon’s role in stabilising our climate.

We address deforestation in the Western Peruvian Amazon caused by unsustainable slash-and-burn agriculture. Farmers rely on this destructive practice for subsistence, lacking tools and knowledge for sustainable methods. This depletes soil, harms biodiversity, disrupts ecosystems, and threatens the Amazon’s vital role in global climate stability.

We implement sustainable land-use practices through agroforestry, helping farmers plant short- and long-term crops alongside native trees. This restores their degraded farms to rainforest while creating sustainable incomes. Farmers receive training in pest control, grafting, fertilisation, and harvesting to ensure success.
