People with physical or mental health issues, loneliness and social isolation, stress and anxiety can benefit from group garden activities which offer creased physical activity, times spent outdoors, learning new skills, mindfulness and socialization. But people with these challenges need support including gentle encouragement to try something new and physical accommodation. People may also need signposting to know that these opportunities exist.

The Grow Well project offers therapeutic gardening, cooking, craft sessions and trips out delivered by professional and experienced staff. Weekly sessions March - December are based at Ravenscourt Park within a walled garden with a new comfortable glasshouse and facilities for seated activities. We use our extensive local network of agencies and charities for referrals. Interested people are guided into participation by our Operations Manager.
