To employ a fixed term arts programmer who can exploit our new infrastructure to offer new arts programmes to diverse audiences and expand our reach into the community. This will build on our new infrastructure of flexible seating and dance friendly flooring and help celebrate our 30th anniversary.

The transformation of our auditorium with versatile new seating and flooring will help open opportunities for more visitors to enjoy dance, music, visual arts, classes, and community events. Our small team of 3 full-time staff need help to deliver our hopes for expanding the programme. We get no regular funding and are at capacity. We want to exploit the new facilities and trial a range of exciting, relevant programs to reach new audiences, and ensure arts stay accessible, and inclusive
We need £20,000 to fund a Arts Coordinator for a fixed-term to develop a new, inclusive programme to engage young, old, and underserved groups; work with schools, charities, and community organisations to ensure our programme supports improved access for everyone and establish activities that promote health and wellbeing, creative learning, and social connection. This role will fully activate our transformed venue, enabling more people to experience the connection that the arts provide
