There is very limited access to affordable, high quality performance and skills development programmes for young people wishing to develop in Hip Hop Dance styles. Access is compromised by cost, which in turn limits the diversity of people who can benefit from this talent development support. Coming together as a youth company addresses the loneliness epidemic that many young people are increasingly experiencing.

We are committed to keeping our youth company affordable by providing full scholarships for upto 50% of our members and keeping the annual cost to others capped at £100 (peer organisations charge upto £1200). Removing the cost barrier ensures we reach a diverse group of talented individuals that otherwise might not have access to high quality training and performance opportunities. Being a youth company member supports better mental health by increasing connection, belonging and confidence.
