    Move to Health addresses critical challenges for adults aged 60+, including the dangers of falls, social isolation, and a lack of regular, enjoyable physical activity. Reduced mobility and strength increase the risk of falls, often leading to serious health issues and loss of independence. Many older adults face loneliness, which impacts mental health and well-being. Limited access to fun, engaging movement leaves many inactive, affecting their physical health and quality of life.

    Move to Health tackles these issues through weekly dance and fitness classes designed to improve physical health, reduce falls and strengthen social connections. Our fun, accessible sessions encourage regular movement to improve strength and mobility, helping participants stay active and independent. Our welcoming space encourages connection and belonging, reducing loneliness. Led by experienced instructors, the low-impact movements ensure safety while making physical activity enjoyable for all!
