Often, ballet is not accessible to young people with a disability and could be better adapted for neurodivergent young dancers. We believe ballet can be taught and learnt in a genuinely inclusive way and we are passionate about all young people being able to access high quality ballet and creative opportunities. Our stats show All In! is shifting perceptions of what ballet is and who it is for. 15% of 2024 NYB participants identified as disabled and/or neurodivergent (11% in 2023, 7% in 2022).

All In! advocates for a new era of inclusive ballet leadership nurturing confidence and techniques of every young person to realise their full potential. Arts for Impact 2024 enabled us to: 1. stage a brilliant adaptation of Romeo & Juliet at Sadler's Wells 2. work with inclusive dance experts to develop our inclusive know-how 3. set up a diverse youth council and steering group of professionals & young people with & without disabilities 4. transform perceptions and smash expectations of ballet
