ENO Breathe seeks to solve and alleviate the breathlessness, anxiety and other issues that individuals diagnosed with Long-COVID experience. Each patient is referred from a Long-COVID clinic as needing this intervention. ONS figures (March 2023) show that 1.9m people are still self-reporting Long-COVID symptoms. 91% of our NHS partners told us they have no alternative provision to offer patients if ENO Breathe is no longer available.

ENO Breathe combines live online workshops sessions over six weeks, online self-help resources, and staying connected options. Participants learn to focus constructively and positively on their breathing using singing techniques and music selected to calm and empower. The techniques taught – such as singing lullabies, efficient balanced posture and improving breath awareness – are designed to be used beyond the duration of the programme to support self-management of symptoms and breathing.
