To give under-privileged children from a minority Christian background in Pakistan a chance to continue into further and higher education. Too many children with great potential never get the chance due to poverty and discrimination and the cost of tertiary education in Pakistan.

Situation
The Christian minority in Pakistan are from the poorest backgrounds. They work as day labourers in agriculture or as sweepers or in brick kilns. Families who do make a sacrifice to educate their children, normally do so only up to the age of 11/12 when the child can begin working. Those children who manage to remain in school till 16, the expense of further study is not an option. Without further education there is little chance for them to improve their family situation.
Solution
We already resource 50 schools providing good education to around 10,000 children. However, we lack the resources to provide bursaries and scholarships for the brightest children to be able to go further. We already offer limited funds to 186 students but the need is much greater
