    In England and Wales: 1 in 5 women over the age of 16 have been subjected to rape or sexual abuse. 1 in 4 girls will experience sexual abuse. 90% of rape survivors knew their perpetrator prior to the violence being perpetrated. Rape Crisis South London's 35-year purpose, to support and empower women and girls who have suffered rape and sexual assault, however long ago, is now facing unprecedented demand for its services. With your support we can provide vital support to survivors.

    Our holistic empowering support includes 1-1 Counselling, Group and Play Therapy for women and girls aged 5 years and over. Advocacy for women and girls aged 13 years and over who have or who are thinking about reporting their abuse to the police. Outreach support for women who face additional marginalisation and barriers to accessing support. Support Line – telephone and webchat support to all survivors aged 16+. Training for practitioners and organisations working across multi-agency settings.
