We're fundraising to support asylum seekers and refugees in Greece with legal aid and connected mental health support as part of a holistic, dignified programme to support people who have fled persecution in rebuilding their lives.

More than 20,000 people have sought safety in Greece this year, almost all of whom will be forced to live in refugee camps or detention centres, without access to state-provided legal assistance or information. The asylum process is a complex legal process, and without legal guidance, unjust rejections and are commonplace, leaving people who have fled persecution, violence and torture without any access to the right to accommodation, work, or healthcare.
Working through expert local partners in Greece, we exist to improve the provision of trauma-informed legal aid for people forced to flee their homes and make deadly journeys in search of safety. Our teams support people to reunite with family members, challenge unjust rejections via appeals, and provide vital information about the asylum process and the rights and obligations of their clients, accompanied by support for those experiencing poor mental health or who have experienced severe trauma
