George House Trust supports people who face HIV stigma and discrimination which is further compounded by their race, gender and sexual identity. Whilst there has been tremendous progress in education there is much more work to do. Help us to create a world where HIV holds no one back.

Since 1985 George House Trust has worked tirelessly to support people in Manchester and Liverpool living with HIV to feel less isolated, less stigmatised and empowered to live in a world where HIV holds no one back. Every day we hear stories of people still feeling stigmatized at work, isolated by family and friends and not knowing how to move forward. They come to George House Trust to feel supported by our staff and fantastic peer support volunteers who can share their own lived experience.

We are a service user centred organisation, with a diverse team offering a comprehensive range of services and advocacy that supports people to live well with HIV, from providing new Mum’s with formula milk, to our African Men's group, Calabash reducing isolation. We will further improve advocacy, guidance and information on everything from financial help to building confidence in getting people into volunteering and work. All of this will be underpinned by our work educating in schools.
