Wobulenzi Town Academy is a unique secondary school set up to provide affordable, high quality education to children, many from poor rural areas, that could not otherwise access such an opportunity. Education is a key to escape poverty. The school is self sustainable in terms of basic running costs, but has no money for investment in much needed facilities or the equipment required to provide up to date, high quality education, especially in the areas of the Library, Science and Technology.

ServeDirect has already raised the funds to build the new Science Lab and Library extension at Wobulenzi Town Academy. With the funds raised from the Big Give campaign, ServeDirect will equip the new areas with the furniture, books, computer workstations, scientific equipment and essential back up tech required to fully resource these new areas.
