The health of wild animals is in grave danger due to human activity. People working on the conservation frontline urgently need the skills and knowledge to tackle wildlife disease, which can derail their efforts to protect biodiversity. Help us train vets, change lives and save species.

Wild animal health is being seriously impacted by human activity, climate change and biodiversity loss. As habitats disappear, animals come into closer contact with humans and other species, increasing risk of disease spillover and other health problems. Conservation projects need to access wildlife health expertise to protect threatened species, but there is very little training available for local vets, especially those working in low income regions which are often also the most biodiverse.

We build long-term partnerships with local conservation organisations working with threatened species. We provide bespoke training by expert vets to make sure skills and knowledge are transferred to their staff. We follow up with ongoing remote advice and support to help embed best practice and new techniques. We also mentor talented individual vets so that they can develop their full potential and be part of the next generation of wildlife health experts in their own country and beyond.
