Youth unemployment in South Africa is exceptionally high with 60% of young people aged 15 – 35 years old with no form of employment or training. This has left many young people trapped in a cycle of poverty and a poverty mindset, unable to comprehend their potential and contribution to society. Due to limited access to quality education and a lack of job opportunities, many of South Africa’s youth are also demotivated and unprepared to join the world of work.

By offering ICT certifications and mentorship with sector professionals, we aim to equip young people with the skills, qualifications and practical insight to confidently overcome employment barriers. Our TTL programme aims to not only address skill shortages in South Africa but also transform mindsets and instil motivation and purpose for young people to sustainably contribute to society. We also strive to support a generation of skilled and employable youth in South Africa.
