Many individuals experiencing trauma feel isolated and unsupported, struggling with mental and physical repercussions. The healing journey is overwhelming without guidance. Modern lifestyles, with 93% of time spent indoors, heighten stress, anxiety, and depression. The NHS cannot meet the rising mental health needs. There is a critical need for solutions that reconnect people with nature, enhance well-being, rebuild self-confidence, and foster meaningful connections.
We empower our community to achieve recovery goals through an all-around approach of combining confidence-building in the outdoors, professional support from health experts, guidance from life coaches and a nurturing environment alongside peers facing similar challenges. This comprehensive method addresses the physical and mental impacts of trauma, leveraging the restorative power of nature, community support, and professional guidance to foster holistic healing and growth.
