With increased operational demands and prolonged deployment periods, the naval community can often find themselves struggling with their morale and wellbeing. Alongside this, being separated from their children and spouses can put strain on relationships between all family members. Some serving personnel can face challenges with the transition back to civilian life and may find themselves feeling hidden, lost or lonely during this time.

We boost morale through supporting sport and social activities within the Royal Navy. Our support enables couples separated by service to access relationship counselling. We support children of the serving who struggle with their parents being deployed, offering them stability and continuity at a turbulent time. For veterans – including those who are injured - we work to ensure our veterans can enjoy life outside of service.
