There are over 1800 childhood cancer diagnoses every year with devastating effects including thousands of lost school days due to illness and grueling treatment, isolation, mental wellbeing, falling behind in classwork and lack of interaction with peers. There is severe financial hardship for oncology families at a most difficult time and NHS oncology services are under resourcing constraints, where needs may not be fully met by statutory provision and extend beyond clinical care.

We offer a wide portfolio of children's cancer care interventions: AV1 No Isolation Robots to help reconnect children virtually back to school, Holiday Home on the Isle of Wight, transportation for oncology families to appointments, meet the needs of staff wish-lists on paediatric oncology wards, run regular childhood cancer support group meetups, support families experiencing financial hardship, support a new app to give oncology families easy access to high quality resources via a tablet.
