Children from marginalised and disadvantaged communities are 4.5 times more likely to experience severe mental health problems but unable to access the mental health support they need before reaching crisis point. We are seeing increases in the number of children in schools with post-covid speech and language delays, family and community trauma, unable to communicate their needs, leading to self-harm and suicidal ideation. When children lose hope, it significantly limits their potential.

Our team of highly qualified, experienced/committed Psychotherapy, Occupational and Speech and Language Therapists work in schools with children to reduce the impact of trauma and improve their mental health and wellbeing. They work with the child, the teachers and the parent/carer to support children’s social, and emotional, communication and motor development and help them feel safe, heard, valued, and understood. We restore children’s capacity to learn and give them hope for a better future.
