Many older people are lonely, struggling financially, and don't know where to turn for help. Their partner may have passed away, their children may have left the area, and their income is unchanging in the face of rising costs. With services moving to a digital by default model, and it becoming harder and harder to access support in person or over the phone, they often feel left behind by the rest of society, just adding to their isolation.

We provide holistic support covering everything from advice to digital skills training to subsidised hot meals. We want to ensure that older people in Hammersmith and Fulham have everything they need to thrive in later life, whether that's access to healthy hot food, new friends, or practical support when things get tough. Our Activity Centre offers a central location to access free advice in person, to spend time with others, and to take part in activities or classes.
