Refugees face a multitude of policy and support failings that make building a new life in London an uphill battle, with young people and adults experiencing significant barriers accessing services education, employment and local communities. Over the last year we’ve seen policy changes drastically worsen the situation, widening disparities. Extreme isolation and barriers to accessing legal and mental health support are commonplace, and we've seen an unprecedented increase in street homelessness.

We empower new arrivals, providing them with the knowledge and tools to overcome the daunting challenges they face. Through one-on-one support, CARAS's expert team ensures individuals have support across critical issues including housing, legal status, debt, education & employment and are empowered to access opportunities that enable them to build happy and successful lives. Together, we help refugees reclaim their lives, fostering confidence and dignity as they thrive in their new home.
