We want to see a world where mental & emotional health is understood & accepted with safe & supportive communities for everyone to grow & flourish. Help us provide safety & support to people in the UK, where there's no shame or judgement in struggling, especially for those at higher risk of suicide.

If you've ever had a sleepless night you've experienced a mental health issue. 3 in 4 people know someone who struggles with their mental health & 1 in 4 struggle themselves. However Government spends less than 1% of annual budgets on mental health provision. Waiting lists for NHS services are as long as 4 years & many can't wait that long for support. The top two identified social issues are isolation/lack of community, & mental health, & too many people are desperate, with no hope.

Kintsugi Hope resources & supports organisations to run facilitated peer mentoring-style Wellbeing Groups, by trained and safeguarding-checked Group Leaders - for anyone to attend. These groups invest in their participants' mental and emotional wellbeing, particularly valuable for those who are struggling or lonely. Groups are non-judgemental, safe connection spaces, looking at a range of topics such as Anxiety, Perfectionism, Shame, & Resilience, with material for adults, youth & students.
