Situation
Not everyone has access to a range of educational resources and opportunities. We aim to change that, as we know that regular engagement in quality musical activities plays a fundamental role in personal development, aspiration, wider educational engagement, behaviour and access to beneficial opportunities in music and beyond. We also know that singing together brings people together and reinforces those social networks that build a community, much needed within the noise of London.
Solution
We offer expert choral training and professional performance opportunities to children who would not normally have access to the choral world, free of charge for all. Our programmes offer a potentially life-changing gateway to music, with our children at the heart of everything we do. Our activities are embedded in the local community by maintaining strong relationships with 7 partner schools, only possible because of our amazing Programme Leads, Teacher-Singers and Pastoral Staff.
