Every child deserves a bright future. And yet, in Right To Play’s nearly 25 years of work in some of the world’s most vulnerable places, we have witnessed too many children facing great difficulty that places them at risk, prevents them from thriving and from achieving their full potential. Every year, millions of children have their futures disrupted by violence, exploitation, and inequality. These challenges keep children out of school and limit their opportunities to play.

We deliver programmes to support children from early childhood to adolescence to develop social and emotional skills and improve their learning and well-being. We harness play, one of the most fundamental forces in a child’s life, to help children dismantle barriers and embrace opportunities. We play for change in four key areas: Early Childhood Care & Education; Primary Education; Psychosocial Support; and Gender Equality and Girls’ Well-being.
