There is a serious mental health epidemic affecting young people in the UK. We are addressing the gap between the rising mental health needs of pupils and the limited resources to support them. NHS data shows a 109% rise in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services referrals post-pandemic, and 44% of school leaders feel unprepared to provide adequate mental health support. Beyond is tackling this crisis by increasing access to mental health support for young people in schools.

Beyond’s School Programme supports students, teachers and parents within under-served school communities. Our multifaceted approach offers fully-funded mental health provisions tailored to each school's needs, including Mental Health First Aid teacher training, crisis counseling for young children, and comprehensive wellbeing programs. These equip students with the tools they need to manage their mental health and empower teachers with the skills to provide support.
