We strive to ensure that all West Midlands communities can access arts, culture & experience the rich benefits of live performance. The 2021 Census revealed that 20% of all individuals in the city-region has a disability, mental health condition, autism, sensory impairments or complex needs. We are determined to meet the gap in high-quality cultural provision so that everyone can benefit from the impact of theatre, develop creative skills and build stronger communities.

Access for All is our deep commitment to audiences with different needs. We will present rich programme of 9 Relaxed Performances for 7,320 audiences & 90 Assisted Performances – audio described, BSL interpreted & captioned - to reach 32,000 people in 2025. We plan to partner with more of the city’s 28 SEN schools & launch SEN youth theatre so that children with additional needs gain skills, confidence & fulfilment through magic of theatre, creative workshops & tailored work experience.
