    Supported families struggle with diverse issues, such as: Depression • Anxiety • Social isolation • Post-natal depression • Low self-esteem • Bereavement • Domestic abuse. In 2023-24, we supported 102 fragile families: PARENTS: • 63% struggled with complex issues • 83% needed support with mental health • 67% felt isolated • 56% had low self-esteem • 49% were single parents • 26% had suffered domestic abuse. CHILDREN: • 15% were neurodivergent • 14% were disabled/ill.

    HOME-VISITING SERVICE Highly-trained volunteers provide families with weekly practical & emotional support, tailored to each family's individual needs - giving families the tools, skills & knowledge to successfully manage their lives again and access mainstream support & community networks. 3 SPECIALISED FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS Our Family Groups' 2-hour weekly term-time sessions support socially-isolated families with mental health issues to establish friendships and integrate into the community.
