Help us provide an outdoor function area in our newly developed garden so our patients and supporters can come together for meaningful moments. The space would offer a large private area with electric and cooking facilities which can be used for birthdays, weddings, or other celebrations.

Situation
St Kentigern provides specialist care and support for adults with incurable conditions and their families. Many of our patients and their families wish to live their lives to the fullest, and we aim to help them do so! We have previously held birthday parties for patients’ children, weddings, and other functions for our patients, but these have been limited to our indoor space. The lack of an outdoor function area restricts the type of events we can host and limits the joyful experiences.
Solution
St Kentigern is excited about creating an outdoor function area where patients and their families can gather to create cherished memories. With this new space, we can fully support our patients in fulfilling their final wishes, offering them and their families the therapeutic benefits and emotional uplift that a versatile outdoor space can provide. Additionally, this will enhance our ability to host community engagement events which are crucial for strengthening community bonds
