Situation
People struggling with their mental health, behavioural issues and emotional resilience who need therapeutic support to help them get back on track. The most vulnerable children, young people and adults in society, who are facing a raft of social issues including trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, depression and emotional and behavioural problems. These issues are heightened through social isolation, a disconnection to society and a lack of connection to the environment they live in.
Solution
Our outdoor therapy programmes support vulnerable young people and adults improve their mental and physical wellbeing through nature immersive experiences with accredited therapists. Our Environmental programmes offer curriculum based workshops for Primary, Secondary and SEN schools around climate change, sustainability and how to make positive changes for the environment and nature. We use the positive effects of wilderness and nature to educate and support people of all ages.
