Dementia is on the increase. One in two of us will either care for someone with dementia or need dementia care ourselves. After a dementia diagnosis, families are left reeling and alone. They don’t know where to turn to get practical information, advice and emotional support. This impacts their own physical and mental health with nine in ten dementia carers reaching crisis point as they lack support that meets their needs.

Our team are there for dementia carers – we help them navigate through the challenges by providing free and confidential support. Our friendly specialists understand dementia carers experiences and feelings. We provide in-depth practical and emotional support that enables carers to navigate and cope with the challenges they are experiencing. Our team is just a phone call away every weekday. We speak to carers when it’s convenient for them and our support is often described as a lifeline.
