Creative connections is a programme of performance and creative arts, designed in consultation with the homeless adults and vulnerable community members that we work with. Creativity plays a huge role in helping people connect, reduce social isolation and increase physical and mental wellbeing.

Situation
Many of the homeless adults and vulnerable community members that we work with experience social isolation and struggle with physical and mental health issues. Creative connections is a programme of creative and performance arts that has been produced in consultation with our community. The programme includes performance and creative arts which we know increases confidence, reduced social isolation and increases physical and mental wellbeing.
Solution
Creative Connections will be hosted in our accessible building in the heart of the Medway towns. on average - we see 3,000 people experiencing homelessness or living with the issues that contribute toward homelessness every year. 100% of the people that we work with have experienced trauma, outside of becoming homeless. creative connections not only reduces social isolation in a safe place, it is also designed to increase confidence, and support people to engage in something positive and fun.
