Our focus is on reducing isolation and improving wellbeing for all ages. Through many factors including disability or multiple health deprivation, our participants are among the most vulnerable, lonely and least able to access arts and culture. They may have mobility problems, mental health issues, neurological conditions or respiratory problems, or may simply feel isolated and alone by circumstance. Common symptom are loneliness and systemic difficulties in forging and maintaining relationships

Over many years, we’ve found participation in gently guided arts-based activity – such as singing for pleasure, seated dance and mindfulness, participatory craft – have both a soothing effect and when anxiety levels are more in control, conversation and friendships blossom. We welcome all including carers. For many, we are the only social activity they leave home for.
