There are many groups who find themselves excluded from crucial services, social connections, and life enhancing information by a lack of confidence and skills in getting online. Hospice patients need better communication with loved ones and medical teams. Individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities are missing out on social interaction and life opportunities in education, employment, and accessing support resources. Compaid’s digital lifeline helps people to overcome these barriers

With a blend of outreach and training centre-based learning, “Digital Lifeline” will create tailored training for each learner, flexible to their diverse needs, leading to online connectivity, with personalised 1:1 support. Our hands-on approach, including real-life scenarios, empowers learners to apply digital skills practically, aiding in job searches or accessing healthcare. We aim to improve their quality of life, enhance communication, and provide them with better access to crucial services
